Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@productboulevard.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
